How a spot is priced
Length, whether you want cover, and how long you stay. There isn’t a published rate card because a 22-foot bay boat and a 43-foot coach are not the same space. Call the yard or leave a note and we’ll price the unit you named.
If a boat is also for sale, storage and the listing are tied together. After a 60-day exclusive listing, you have five days to sign again. Past that fifth day, storage is $10 a day until you do.
You keep insurance on anything stored here. The yard is not the insurer, and units in consignment are held harmless of damage in the listing agreement you sign at the office.
