Exclusive listing

Put it on the line.

Boats, RVs, and autos. You sign the exclusive agreement at the yard — this form only asks the office to open a file and call you.

1. 01The listing is exclusive for 60 days. Asking price is agreed by you and the manager.
2. 02Every offer is brought to you. The yard does not accept one on its own.
3. 03Sold as-is. No warranty of fitness from Big Toy Storage and Sales.
4. 04You insure the unit the whole time it is under the agreement.
5. 05Buffing, waxing, and bottom paint — if a boat needs them to be marketable — are quoted per foot.
6. 06If it sells, trades, or is exchanged during the term, the agreed commission is due, even if someone else made the deal, unless we waive it in writing.
7. 07You have five days after day 60 to sign again. After that, storage is $10 a day.
8. 08On delivery the unit is free of liens except the lienholder you list. A consignment boat gets an orange tag with the retail price. Loose equipment is locked up by the listing salesperson.
