The paperwork is signed at the yard. This is the plain version of the Big Toy Storage and Sales agreement — not a substitute for it.

Agree the asking price
You and the yard manager set the number together. Big Toy does not promise what it will sell for.

Sixty days, exclusive
The yard has the exclusive right to negotiate. If it sells, trades, or is exchanged during the term — even without us in the deal — the agreed commission is due unless we put something else in writing.

Every offer comes to you
Nothing is accepted on your behalf. Offers are submitted to the owner.

Make it marketable
If a boat needs buffing, waxing, or new bottom paint to sell, that work is quoted per foot. You pay when it’s done, or it’s taken from proceeds if it happens at the sale.

Day 60 is not the end of the lot
If it doesn’t sell, you have five days to sign another listing. After the fifth day the storage fee is $10 a day.
